Build your cake

We advise placing your enquiry 2-4 weeks for standard celebration cakes. Wedding and large event enquiries we recommend 6-12 months in advance. Do always still send us an enquiry for any last minute orders as we will always try to squeeze you in where possible!

Please allow 48 hours after submitting your enquiry, we will always strive to respond as promptly as possible. If you have not heard back within this time please check your Junk Box, and then send us an email directly and we will get back to you ASAP - enquiries@aprilsbaker.com

We never like to limit ourselves, email us directly for bespoke orders at enquiries@aprilsbaker.com and we will always see what we can do to fulfill all of your catering needs!

We recommend eating your cake once it is at room temperature for the best flavour and texture, the icing and sponge should be soft, so please give it a few of hours out of the fridge before eating it. We suggest collecting your cake on the day of your event so it is as fresh as possible. Otherwise store it in the fridge overnight if you are eating it the following day. If you plan on keeping your cake or any leftovers, it should keep for up to 5 days, please store these out of the fridge in a tupperware. Please use your own discretion if it is a particularly hot day, and do not keep your cake in direct sunlight or intense heat to avoid damage.
